Service Tech Profitability Report is used to provide profitability information for service technicians. This report reflects actual costs for labor, material and other costs compared to billings for service job records. It provides key metrics to determine overall profitability for a technician and includes Response Time and Repair Time figures.

Sort Order Use the Sort By drop-list to set which field determines the report’s sort order. For example, if Servicer is chosen, the report will present the specified information in alphabetical order according to the Servicer Name.

Selection Criteria In the Selection Criteria area of the screen, change the Start and End value for any values of the available filter options. Users can select multiple selection criteria for the report.

  • Job Billed: Select one of statuses by clicking the radio button next to the desired status. Can be Unselected, All, Batched, No, or Yes.
  • Job: Input a specific job number or a portion of a job number. Click Find to bring up a list of jobs that meet that criteria. Select one, a few, or all of the jobs by clicking the check boxes next to the desired job numbers.
  • Dates: Select a From Date and To Date to include jobs between that range in the report. Also specify if the range is for date the job was marked as Complete or the date the job was Received.
  • Servicer Type: Determines what type of servicer to include in the report. Only one option can be selected for this filter.
  • Sites: Input a site name or a portion of a site name. Click Find' to bring up a list of sites that meet that criteria. Select one, a few, or all of the sites by clicking the check boxes next to the desired site names.
  • Job Types: Click Find' to bring up a list of job types or type in a portion of a job type to bring up a specific job type. Select one, a few, or all of the job types by clicking the check boxes next to the desired job types.
  • Servicers: Click Find' to bring up a list of servicers or type in a portion of a servicer's name to bring up a specific servicer. Select one, a few, or all of the servicers by clicking the check boxes next to the desired servicer names.
  • Status: Click Find' to bring up a list of job statuses or type in a portion of a status to bring up a specific status. Select one, a few, or all of the statuses by clicking the check boxes next to the desired statuses.
  • Customer: Input a specific customer name or a portion of a customer name. Click Find to bring up a list of customers that meet that criteria. Select one, a few, or all of the customers by clicking the check boxes next to the customer names.
  • Chain: Click Find' to bring up a list of chains or type in a portion of a chain's name to bring up a specific chain. Select one, a few, or all of the chains by clicking the check boxes next to the desired chain names.

Once all of the selection criteria has been input, the user will click the Print button to run the report. The report will show every job transaction detail for all of the jobs that fit the selection criteria. Once in the report, the user can click on a job number to go directly to the complete job details for the selected job.
