Dispatch Card Management

Overview
Dispatch cards are used to assigned job work orders to servicers.  Each work order can have unlimited dispatch cards.
• Status code by dispatch, work order and job.
• Every work order has one primary dispatch card.
• The dispatch card priority can be different from the job priority.
• Dispatch cards can be sent to Mobile, or reserved for back office use only.
