The following new features and feature changes will be released with this software updates.
New Features
Daily Call Center: The Daily Call Center is a new dispatching board that presents the job data in a nine hour, 15 minute format.
1. Positional Color indicators: Color assignment choices include Job Status, Priority, Due Within, Past Due and Job Type. Position choices are top, left, right or bottom of the job.
2. Time off Management: Users can set time intervals when a servicer will be unavailable for dispatching.
3. Job label can be assigned to the Job Number or the Site Name.
Job Conflict Prevention: Prevents a user from double booking a servicer. (System wide change)
1. New jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. 
2. Changes to the schedule date for existing jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. 
Servicer Day Time Off Prevention: Prevents a user from booking a servicer for a time when the servicer is scheduled for time off, such as lunch, vacation, etc. (System wide change)
