• Total Jobs: The number of jobs that have dispatch cards that have not been dispatched.
• Untouched Calls: The number of dispatch cards for which the work has yet to start.
• In SLA: The number of SLA dispatch cards that are still withing the SLA limits.
• Out of SLA: The number of SLA dispatch cards that have exceeded the SLA limits.
