| New Features | |||
| Daily Call Center: The Daily Call Center is a new dispatching board that presents the job data in a nine hour, 15 minute format. | |||
| Feature List | |||
| Positional Color indicators: Color assignment choices include Job Status, Priority, Due Within, Past Due and Job Type. Position choices are top, left, right or bottom of the job. | |||
| Time off Management: Users can set time intervals when a servicer will be unavailable for dispatching. | |||
| Job label can be assigned to the Job Number or the Site Name. | |||
| Job Conflict Prevention: Prevents a user from double booking a servicer. (System wide change) | |||
| New jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. | |||
| Changes to the schedule date for existing jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. | |||
