The following new features and feature changes will be released with this software udpates.
New Features
Daily Call Center: The Daily Call Center is a new dispatching board that presents the job data in a nine hour, 15 minute format.
Job Conflict Prevention: New jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs.
Servicer Day Time Off Prevention: New jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with servicer time off.
Time off Management: Users can set time intervals when a servicer will be unavailable for dispatching.
Color indication for jobs on Daily Call Center by Job Status, Priority, Due Within, Past Due and Job Type. The color indicator on Daily Call Center will be positioned

on the top, left, right or bottom of the job.

Feature Updates/Changes
Item Maintenance: The search feature has been moved to a tab.
PM Schedules: Users can now search for a PM Schedule by the PM number.
Workforce: Servicer codes must be unique.
