Qualifications

By Servicer Tab

To access Qualifications, select the setup COG > Setup > Servicer Setup > Qualifications
Overview
The By Servicer tab is used to manage job types qualifications. To assign qualifications to a servicer, select the servicer from the drop-down list, select a qualification type from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the qualification. To remove an assignment from a servicer, select the servicer from the drop-down list, select a qualification type from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the qualification. The Add All button can be used to add all of the qualifications for the selected type to the selected servicer.  The Remove All button can be used to remove all of the qualifications for the selected type from all servicers.
By Job Type Tab
Overview
The By Job Type tab is used to manage job types qualifications. To assign servicers to a job type, select the job type from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the servicer's name. To remove an assignment from a job type, select the job type from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the servicer's name. The Add All button can be used to add all servicers to the job type.  The Remove All button can be used to remove the job type qualification from all servicers.
By Service Type Tab
The By Service Type tab is used to manage service types qualifications. To assign servicers to a service type, select the service type from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the servicer's name. To remove an assignment from a service type, select the service type from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the servicer's name. The Add All button can be used to add all servicers to the service type.  The Remove All button can be used to remove the service type qualification from all servicers.
By Equipment Type Tab
The By Equipment Type tab is used to manage equipment types qualifications. To assign servicers to an equipment type, select the equipment type from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the servicer's name. To remove an assignment from an equipment type, select the equipment type from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the servicer's name. The Add All button can be used to add all servicers to the equipment type.  The Remove All button can be used to remove the equipment type qualification from all servicers.
By Manufacturer Tab
The By Manufacturer tab is used to manage manufacturer qualifications. To assign servicers to a manufacturer, select the manufacturer from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the servicer's name. To remove an assignment from a manufacturer, select the manufacturer from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the servicer's name. The Add All button can be used to add all servicers to the manufacturer.  The Remove All button can be used to remove the manufacturer qualification from all servicers.
By Model Tab
The By Model tab is used to manage models qualifications. To assign servicers to a model, select the model from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the servicer's name. To remove an assignment from a model, select the model from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the servicer's name. The Add All button can be used to add all servicers to the model.  The Remove All button can be used to remove the model qualification from all servicers.
