To access Task Codes, select the setup COG > Setup > Planned Maintenance > Task Codes
Overview
Task Codes can be used to create a materials list that will be automatically assigned to the newly created planned maintenance jobs.

To access Task Codes, select the setup COG > Setup > Planned Maintenance > Task Codes
Details
The details section is used to manage the materials that are assigned to the Task Code.
Options
• Group Only: Select to add a Task Code Group to the Task Code
• Group With Item: Select to add an item from a Group to the Task Code.
• Item Only: Select to add an item only to the Task Code.
