To access Qualifications, select the setup COG > Setup > Servicer Setup > Qualifications
Overview
The By Servicer tab is used to manage job types qualifications. To assign qualifications to a servicer, select the servicer from the drop-down list, select a qualification type from the drop-down list, click the Not Assigned button, then select Add next to the qualification. To remove an assignment from a servicer, select the servicer from the drop-down list, select a qualification type from the drop-down list, click the Assigned button, then select Remove next to the qualification. The Add All button can be used to add all of the qualifications for the selected type to the selected servicer.  The Remove All button can be used to remove all of the qualifications for the selected type from all servicers.
