Select the Setup COG from the menu > Setup > Servicer Section > Scheduling button.
Overview
The schedule feature provides the ability to schedule servicers time off. Time off is categorized by reason code:
Delete on record or a range of dates.
Note: Date ranges cannot be edited. They must be removed and reentered.
