Dispatch Route Board

Select Dispatch > Route Board
The Route Board diplays a list of unassigned dispatch cards on load. The list of unassigned dispatch cards can also be loaded by clicking the Unassigned Servicer button. 
 
The Routes panel displays a list of servicers. When the user clicks the servicer's name a list of servicers dispatch cards for the selected date will display along with a map of the site locations. 
 
When clicked the Assigned button displays a list of dispatch cards for the selected date that have an assigned servicer.
 
When clicked the All button displays a list of all dispatch cards for the selected date.
Use Customer Maintenance to view the customer information as received in SOTG from the parent accounting system. This information is not editable when connected to a parent accounting system.
