Release Notes 2025.6.16.000
This major release contains new features, functional and styling changes.
The grids in the back office were changed. The two images below displays the old grids and the new grids.
Editing in the back office has been changed to only form based editing. The following two images displays the old inline editing and the new form editing.

Report menu access has been restyled and extended.
Reports links are now available under their feature menu option.

Job Search: A new date search option has been added to the Job Search feature.

Job Search date defaults have been added to the Software Setup feature. This allows the company to setup the default setting for job date searches.

New Feature: Status Code level Conflict Prevention.  Conflicts can be determined by status code.

Workforce: New date search fields have been added to the Jobs, Dispatch Cards and Transactions tabs.
 
New Feature: Users can now search for a batch by batch number.

New Filter buttons have been added to the Dashboard. These buttons provide the ability to set or clear default filters from the Dashboard.

The Equipment Warranty report has been added to the menu. This report provides transaction details based on equipment warranty settings.

Two new search fields have been added to the Job Search feature. Servicer and Schedule Date
The time fields in mobile have a new look.
A new Dashboard layout has been released. It includes advanced filtering and a printable report. The new dashboard also provides users the ability to create their own custom dashboard.
 
Reports options and filter defaults can be assigned by report type.

Reports now have a Date Range option that can be used to fill the date fields.
All of the software reports and report related features have been updated to a new format.
 
The following new features and feature changes will be released with this software update.
New Features
Daily Call Center : The Daily Call Center board is a new board that is used to dispatch in 15-minute increments
Scheduling: The scheduling feature is used to manage servicers time off.
Feature Updates/Changes
Board Maintenance: The board maintenance feature has been updated to facilitate the new dispatching board, Daily Call Center.

New Features
Job Conflict Prevention: Prevents a user from double booking a servicer. (System wide change)
1. New jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. 
2. Changes to the schedule date for existing jobs will be evaluated to determine whether they conflict with existing jobs. 
 
Feature Updates/Changes
Item Maintenance: The search feature has been moved from a drop-list to a tab.
